Wellbeing Days
A day of art and relaxation
Who needs to unwind?! Then join us for one of our wellbeing days! The day will start with some calming exercises guided by a pilates or yoga teacher, then you’ll take part in an art activity, followed by a gentle walk to build up an appetite for lunch. After your meal there will be a motivational talk and an opportunity to reflect and set some goals. We’ll then do a second art activity and finish with some energising music and leaving drinks. Our aim is to ensure you go home rejuvenated and ready to face whatever challenges lie ahead.
These events take place on an ‘on demand’ basis, once we have enough people - so register your interest below and we’ll let you know when we have a date for the next one.
